Grant Memorial Hospital (GMH) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide 24 hour unarmed uniformed security service for GMH facilities located at 117 Hospital Drive, Petersburg, WV. This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the services described below and does not obligate Grant Memorial Hospital to accept responses from eligible Contractors. The RFP establishes minimum requirements a bidder must meet in order to be eligible for consideration as well as information to be included in the Contractor's bid response. The selection of the successful Contractor will be made based on GMHs evaluation and determination of the relative ability of each Bidder to deliver quality service in a cost-effective manner. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, SandRidge Exploration and Production, LLC, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) authorizing and permitting an exception to the permitted well location tolerances in the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed for the Mississippian Solid common source of supply in Sections 14 and 23, Township 21 North, Range 17 West of the IM, all in Woodward County, Oklahoma, so as to allow a proposed multiunit horizontal well to be drilled into, to be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from such common source of supply in said Sections 14 and 23, with the completion interval of such multiunit horizontal well to be located in such lands as set forth below: FIRST PERFORATION IN SAID Section 23 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 200 feet from the south line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 23, LAST PERFORATION IN SAID Section 23 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 23, FIRST PERFORATION IN SAID Section 14 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 0 feet from the south line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 14, LAST PERFORATION IN SAID Section 14 in the lateral of such multiunit horizontal well: not closer than 200 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 14, with such authorization and permission running in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant; and (ii) granting a full allowable for the proposed multiunit horizontal well involved herein as to production from the common source of supply covered hereby in each of the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed therefor in said Sections 14 and 23, with no downward adjustment imposed thereon. The application in this cause states that there is currently pending before the Commission an application of Applicant requesting the Commission to approve the multiunit horizontal well involved herein and to establish a proper allocation factor for allocating the costs of and the production and proceeds from such multiunit horizontal well to each of the units affected thereby. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and that the authorization and permission requested herein run in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the "land sections adjacent to the area within the location exception" requested herein in said Sections 14 and 23 in regard to the subsurface location tolerance areas described above are said Sections 14 and 23, and Sections 10, 11, 14, 15, 22, 23, 26 and 27, Township 21 North, Range 17 West of the IM, all in Woodward County, Oklahoma. The other “land sections” surrounding said Sections 14 and 23 are Sections 12, 13, 24 and 25, Township 21 North, Range 17 West of the IM, all in Woodward County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that there is no well currently producing from the common source of supply covered hereby in any adjoining or cornering tract of land or unit to the lands involved herein, toward which the completion interval of the proposed multiunit horizontal well covered hereby is requested to be moved. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set before an administrative law judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma. Notice is further given that the application in this cause may be amended at such hearing in accordance with the rules of the Commission and the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
